I've been with Vm versicherungsmarkt gmbh for a while now, and overall, I would say I'm satisfied with their services. The claims process can be a bit slow at times, but they always come through in the end. The rates are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. I do wish their website was more user-friendly and had better online tools for managing my policy. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would recommend Vm versicherungsmarkt gmbh to others.
