Kinghorn Insurance Services is an average company. Their customer service is decent, but nothing exceptional. I had a few interactions with their agents and they were polite and helpful. However, the rates they offered me were not competitive compared to other insurance providers in the market. Overall, I would say they are just an average option for insurance.
