I have been using Wave Communications LLC for a while now and I can say that they are an average company. The internet speeds are decent, but their customer service needs improvement. It takes them a long time to respond to queries and their technicians are not very knowledgeable. I have experienced multiple outages in the past and their resolution time is quite slow.
