I have been a customer of the Educational Measurement Group of Pearson for several years and I can say that their services are average. While they do provide a variety of useful resources, I have found their customer support to be lacking at times. The website is fairly easy to navigate, but improvements could be made to the overall user experience. The company does offer a good range of assessments and measurement tools, which is beneficial for educators. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the accuracy and timeliness of their scoring. Overall, my experience with the company has been average.
