I have mixed feelings about Ruby Manufacturing INC...

I have mixed feelings about Ruby Manufacturing INC. While their products are good, their customer service leaves much to be desired. There have been instances where my inquiries have gone unanswered for days. However, when they do respond, they are helpful. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
