This USED to be a well run, service-oriented, locally owned organization as my family lived in Orange for 50 years, and there are many multi-generational burials here. My brother was buried there 7 years ago and our consultant Susan was wonderful. She has since left (maybe with the change of ownership to publicly-traded Dignity in 2015 ??)and my father was (supposedly) deposited in the same group tomb with my brother there 1 month ago, but they don't return my calls to verify this, and I live out of state. Weeks ago I was supposed to receive a PROOF of the inscription and I have no response after several emails and calls to my consultant George. You WILL have to escalate everything, as I am doing now. Horrible follow up. When I was there to do the site inspection before I signed the contract, the receptionist was rude or condescending to others, and there seemed to be no thoughtfulness left to running their business. Fairhaven historically had a wonderful reputation, and unless you have a family plot there, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I'd prefer to give them no stars but am stuck with giving one.
