😐 I used Sinophonic's service to purchase a new gadget and I must say I had mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the product itself was great and I was happy with my purchase. On the other hand, the shipping took longer than expected and the customer service was not very responsive. I hope Sinophonic improves their shipping and customer service to provide a better experience for their customers. 😐
