🙂 I had an average experience with NIARA. The product was delivered on time and in good condition. However, I found the customer service to be lacking compared to other companies I have dealt with. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and it took them a while to respond to my inquiries. The product itself was satisfactory, but the overall experience could have been better. 🙂
