The Manchester Housing & Redevelopment Authority has been doing an average job in providing affordable housing options. While some properties are in good condition, others are in need of major repairs. The staff is generally helpful, but there have been instances where their response time was slow. Overall, I would say they are doing an okay job, but there is definitely room for improvement.
