As a CUSTOMER, I had a mixed experience with Meridian. On one hand, their products are of great quality and their website is easy to navigate. However, I encountered some issues with their customer service. It took them quite some time to address my concerns, and when they finally did, the responses were not very satisfactory. Overall, I would say my experience with Meridian was average.
