I recently had the opportunity to engage with Emergency Excellence, and I must say their service was average. They responded promptly to my call and arrived at my location within the expected timeframe. However, I found their staff to be somewhat detached and lacking in compassion. While they were able to stabilize my condition, I didn't feel the same level of care and empathy that I have experienced with other emergency medical services. Overall, I would rate them as just average.
