I must say that Black tie srl exceeded my expectations. Their website blacktiesofas.it has a user-friendly interface, and I had no trouble finding the sofa I wanted. The customer service was excellent, and they went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. The sofa arrived in perfect condition and the delivery was fast. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from Black tie srl again in the future.
