I recently purchased a home from a well-known home builder. The experience was pleasant and the quality of the home was great. The only downside was that the communication with the Doubledoor team was lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses to our inquiries. Overall, I am happy with our new home, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support.
