I recently started working for a company in the same industry as Tenacity Capital Humano. Although I cannot mention the company's name, I must say that the work culture here is amazing. The team is supportive, and the management values work-life balance. I appreciate the opportunities for growth and the emphasis on employee well-being. The only area for improvement is communication between departments, but overall, it's a great place to work.
