I recently bought a new laptop from a company that I won't mention. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The laptop I received was slow, unreliable, and had multiple hardware issues. The customer support was unresponsive, and I was unable to get a refund or replacement. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I wish I had chosen a reputable company like Altec Computersysteme instead.
