Our family is currently renting Mallard Landing (August 8-15). The house itself has a great space, and was fairly clean upon arrival. The outside, unfortunately was poorly maintained. There were leftover water ballon remnants and filth in the outdoor fire pit. The first hot tub was not working properly (dirty and temperature not exceeding 94), we were guaranteed two boat slips, however only had one due to the owners boat being in one, and there was no propane in the grills- we had to repeatedly call the property management office at Railey vacations and three days later, still no response. We keep getting the run around that a maintenance ticket was put in. 3-4 days later and still nothing. I m incredibly disappointed in this property management team- if I was an owner of a house they managed I d consider switching immediately as my family will NOT rent another home listed by Railey.
