I recently started using a software called IntelliAnalysis from intellimagic.com, and it has exceeded my expectations. The product is very powerful and it has helped us identify performance bottlenecks in our system without any hassle. I found the interface to be intuitive and the reports generated are quite detailed. Definitely a must-have tool for performance analysis.
