I had a mixed experience with Inlet Communications. While their website is user-friendly and informative, their customer service was lacking. I encountered some technical difficulties with my service and it took several attempts to get a response from their support team. However, once I did get in touch with them, they were helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
