I recently had an average experience with this fire department. While their response time was satisfactory, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff didn't seem very friendly or enthusiastic about their work. Additionally, the website could use some improvement as it was difficult to navigate and find the necessary information. I was hoping for a more extensive list of services offered, but the website was quite limited in that regard. However, I must admit that the fire department did handle the situation professionally and effectively.
