We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with stunning mountain views. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. We highly recommend staying at Hotel Firefly for your visit to Zermatt.
