I have had a mixed experience with Usa torc. Some of their products are excellent and I have been satisfied with them. However, I had a couple of issues with delivery and customer service. It took longer than expected to receive my order and the customer service representatives were not very helpful in resolving the matter. Overall, my experience has been average.
