I had a mixed experience with Pacsafe. Their products are well-designed and durable, but I found their customer service to be lacking. Their website is easy to navigate and provides helpful information about their products. However, when I had an issue with a faulty zipper on my backpack, it was difficult to get a response from their customer service team. They eventually resolved the issue, but it took much longer than I expected. Overall, I would rate Pacsafe as average.
