I recently used this delivery service for the first time. I appreciate the easy-to-navigate website and the detailed tracking information provided. The package arrived within the estimated time frame, but the delivery personnel could have been more friendly and communicative. 🚚 The overall experience was average, as the delivery was on time and the website was user-friendly. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer interaction. I'd like to see more proactive updates and a more personable approach from the delivery team in the future.
