I had a bumpy experience with Citadel Mortgages 😕. The overall process took longer than expected, and there were some miscommunications along the way. However, the loan officer assigned to me was helpful and tried to address my concerns. The end result was satisfactory, but not as smooth as I had hoped. Overall, I would rate them as average.
