As a customer, I found the website to be informative and user-friendly. However, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness from their customer service team. The products offered were average, and I expected more innovation and variety. On a positive note, the delivery time was prompt, but I was hoping for better packaging as some items arrived damaged. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. I believe with some improvements in customer service and product range, the company has the potential to excel. 😐
