I had a satisfactory stay at the Viceroy hotel group. The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. However, I expected a bit more in terms of the overall experience. The hotel's location was convenient, but there were some minor issues that affected my stay. Despite this, I would still consider staying at a Viceroy hotel again in the future.
