I recently ordered turf from an online retailer and I am somewhat satisfied with my purchase. The grass arrived in good condition, but there were a few patches where the grass didn't take root properly. Luckily, the retailer offered to send someone to fix the issue. The customer service was responsive, but the pricing could be more competitive.
