I have been a customer of Qmi Quality Management INC for a few years now and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their work is not exceptional, but it's not terrible either. They have managed to maintain a consistent level of service throughout the years. However, there is room for improvement. The response time to queries could be faster and the overall customer support could be more proactive. That being said, I appreciate their professionalism and their commitment to resolving issues.
