Let me start by saying I hate car shopping. I ve purchased quite a few vehicles over the years and there s always been some kind of issue or delay that s occurred to make the process miserable. Fortunately that was not the case when I went to purchase a vehicle at Klaben Motors. Prior to visiting the lot, I called the dealership to see if the vehicle I liked was still available and Joe answered my call. I was so glad that I called about the vehicle because Joe was great to talk with. I explained my financial situation to him and he made me feel more at ease about the apprehension I was having about purchasing a vehicle. When I arrived to the lot Joe was pleasantly there to greet me with a friendly smile. I test drove my vehicle and upon my return we started the purchase process. Joe had everything in order prior to my visit and in a matter minutes after discussing the deal, I was signing the documents. What I loved best about my experience was the fact that Joe took the time to listen to my story and instead of me being reviewed for a loan approval based on just numbers, he also took into consideration my story. Not only was my purchase done quickly, it was also done personably with kindness and understanding.
