Nick P. is extremely customer-focused, responsive, and awesome to deal with. He s very personable and understands what a luxury car dealership experience should feel like. He went out of his way to fix an issue with my grill. I appreciated him doing the right thing in addressing my concerns and was very happy with the service and my experience at this dealership because of Nick. This was my 2nd time at this place (1st experience was meh as the first guy you could tell has been there for years and is beyond complacent). Nick is definitely one of their best! Also, the service manager was great as well...sorry I don t remember the name but really appreciated his assistance and attention to my concerns. I would highly recommend this dealership!
