Absolute the worst service and drivers. Went from...

Absolute the worst service and drivers. Went from Ft Lauderdale airport to Miami Hyatt a regency and have been in the can for over 1 hour and 40 minutes. This is ridiculous and we are still not at our hotel. Don't do it. It is not worth it. Don't.
