I've tried many gyms in the past, and Lifefit Freguesia is by far the best one! The trainers are amazing and really take the time to understand your fitness goals. The facilities are clean and well-equipped. The classes are fun and challenging. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Lifefit Freguesia!
