Very friendly, helpful and professional staff in both reception, bar and dining area. The food is "very" good, nice range of choice and the rooms clean, and appealing. A most pleasant stay. However, if you are looking for a quiet getaway, this hotel tends to be populated with families and small children. But we will go there again - special thanks to Artur!
