I recently visited The Roux House and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu had a great variety of delicious dishes, and I opted for the blackened catfish. It was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The prices were very reasonable, and the portion sizes were satisfying. I can't wait to visit The Roux House again!
