I've been a customer of Pinecone Fish Animation for several years now and I can confidently say that they are average. The quality of their work has been inconsistent, with some projects exceeding my expectations while others falling short. The customer service is also hit or miss, with some representatives being helpful and responsive while others are unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, I would say that Pinecone Fish Animation is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
