I had a mixed experience with Monarch Bath Pvt. Ltd. in India. While their website, monarchbath.com, was easy to use and had a good range of products, the customer service was lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my queries and there were some issues with the delivery. However, the products themselves were of good quality.
