April is my favorite realtor that I have worked with over the years. ( We have worked with 5 other realtors in various states.) She has been doing this for so long; I felt like she anticipated my every question and every need in the process of preparing, listing and selling of our home. In fact, she proposed several things regarding our sales negotiation that we didn't even know were possible! This in turn, led to us selling our house quickly and over the asking price. And after the house was sold, she helped us negoatiate an extra week to rent/stay in our house until our new place was available. I also like that April is very direct. April has acquired such great people skills that she can deliver what you need to hear in a direct and constructive way. This will save you time! I also appreciated Veronica's and Michelle's help in this endeavor. Great team!
My take away is that April works hard to represent her client, knows what she is doing and loves her job!
