My daughter used their services for a blond baby highlights last Tuesday with Briana, after 5 hours,,, my 17 year old Daughter looked exactly the same,, actually a bit darker than before.. I tried to speak with the manager and he Is not calling me back and its nothing they said they can do about it.

My daughter was upset and crying, she was exciting to get a new hair look before school starts,, but she got disappointed big time plus she had to pay 250.00 dollars for nothing..

I WONT RECOMMEND THIS SALON,, the levels of experience stylist they described does not work, its all about money...,, the more experience,,, the more money..... expensive... but they should be doing a better job,,,, and better Customer Service Experience for new clients.....
