I have been a customer of Mitus for a few years now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, there have been a few instances where my orders were delayed or arrived damaged. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and product quality control. Overall, I would rate Mitus as an average company.
