"I struggled a week, not being able to find my new outlook mail.

Honestly, I thought the worst that my email was hijacked.

Called CTS services and was immediately transferred to a Microsoft Office 365 Specialist who was quick to determine the root of the problem and also provided educational guidance for the future. The specialist connected to my email account, and he was able to fix a problem that was creating havoc with my business. I ve used CTS services in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Excellent service, person-centered, and reliable. I didn t even have to leave my home, which is a bonus during these COVID times. Five stars plus for the consultant who worked on my computer. I m a CTS Services fan for life and will always look to them to service my computer needs."
