This place is a joke. They literally are a scam because all they care about is collecting their money. I went to the facility over a year ago and when I wanted to leave AMA because they failed to properly administer medication to me they refused to give me my belongings so that I could leave the facility. They said they require 72-hours notice so they can plan discharge properly, which really means so they can collect the money from my insurance company. Pretty sure that s illegal (at least that doesn t fly in NY), so when I stepped off the property they called the cops who brought me to a psych ward- for 72 hours (how convenient!). Best of all, they still call me over a year later to collect fees my insurance company would not cover - like the flight down there they said was free or a two week detox protocol that was never completed since I was sent out to a psych ward after 3 days. Also, there is no equine therapy like the website shows which was the thing that made me even agree to get on the place to go to Florida in the first place. Very disappointing. BEWARE. Huge Scam. If I could give is no stars I would.
