Great place to come by for your own "free time" . Great for meetings and for group events. They are associated with YOUTH CORPS SINGAPORE and hence there are many meetings/activities/events/volunteering opportunities for all youths aged 16 to 35!

They have great music, great blasting of the aircon. Are open from 10am to 10pm. Everyday. And they are near the shopping malls so you could easily get your food in a few mins walk! Nearest is scape / cineleisure I believe.

The environment is cosy and any age is welcomed to the place to sit and just do their own stuff quietly. Plus they have many rooms for meetings and a few big halls/rooms with projectors and chairs and all for everyone to use/feel comfortable in. And the cleaning people there are so hardworking. They always make sure the toilets are clean and the security people are super friendly too!:)
