Maybe it is just this industry. Working with DSR and all local door places is frustrating. Bite the bullet and pay for the estimates. You'll save yourself time and hassel. I needed work done last month and DSR sent a guy out to get the details. Nice guy. He says I'll get the quote soon. It took almost three weeks and to times of me calling asking for status of the quote before they tell me what I am looking for is "out of their scope." I had call 2x looking for status and once there receptionist said they weren't taking on any new customers. Could she not see in their system they had a quote in the works?? I went with Vortex as I should have in the first place. Too few door companies out there.
