I have had a mixed experience with Federal executive talent. On one hand, their website is aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and provides relevant information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had difficulty getting in touch with a representative and when I finally did, they seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, my experience was average.
