I have been practicing martial arts for several years, and I can confidently say that Rdca Academy of Martial Arts is one of the best schools I have trained at. The instructors are incredibly passionate and dedicated to teaching. The training sessions are intense, but also very rewarding. The techniques taught are practical and effective.
