I have been a customer of Totalmed it for several years now and I must say, their services are average. While they do have a decent website and their support team is responsive, there is definitely room for improvement. The pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to other competitors in the market. Overall, it's an okay experience, nothing exceptional but not terrible either.
