We had an architect come out on April 15th. We contacted the company multiple times for our design proposal. Every time we got the same response... "The architect is not in today, but I'll email him to send you your design proposal". On June 7th we finally just canceled because we still hadn't received our design proposal or a call or email explaining the delay.
