I had an average experience with Singular travel. While their website was informative and the booking process was smooth, I felt that the overall service was lacking. The customer support was not very responsive and I encountered a few issues during my trip. Although it wasn't a terrible experience, I believe there are better travel agencies out there. Average is the best word to describe my experience with Singular travel.
