I am so pissed off that I'm stuck with this SCUMBAG utility company JCP&L, the people that work in customer service are useless pieces of garbage, I can only hope and pray that some day PSE&G buys out JCP&L and every single last JCP&L employees is fired. They should act and conduct themselves like the PSE&G customer service. JCP&L is not even in the same league as PSE&G...
