I would rate the WordPress Multilingual Plugin as average. The plugin itself is functional and does what it's supposed to do, but I found the user interface a bit lacking. It took me a while to figure out how to use some of the features, and there were a few quirks that I had to work around. Overall, it gets the job done, but I think there's room for improvement.
